Summer jobs in production
The majority of our summer jobs are in production. This puts you among high-tech machines with control systems not unlike those on a jumbo jet, and a pace of production that in some cases reaches over 1 900 metres/minute. Together with your Holmen colleagues you will learn a variety of new production skills, from quality control to working in our winder and Finishing areas
Summer jobs in the lab
The laboratories are part of our development departments. Summer jobs here involve working with the regular personnel on everything from quality control and chemical analysis of the recycling process to issuing quality certificates and helping to investigate complaints.
Summer jobs in the forest
If you have begun a further education course in forestry or similar, you can apply for a summer internship in our forestry business across Sweden. As a summer intern, you could find yourself working on tasks ranging from silviculture quality checks to harvesting, thinning and surveying grazing damage.
We are also able to offer students of upper secondary age or older a summer job at one of our Swedish plant nurseries in Gideå and Friggesund.
