The Holmen Capital Markets Day in Madrid was held on Tuesday. Some 40 analysts and journalists attended the meeting.
It started with a description and a tour of Holmen Paper Madrid, the Group's paper mill outside Madrid, where the visitors could study handling of recovered paper, the new newsprint machine PM 62 as well as the new automated reel warehouse.
President and CEO Magnus Hall and members of the Holmen management then presented strategy and development for the product areas, supply of wood fibre and energy as well as financial development.
On 31 May, PM 62 will be inaugurated by the President of the federal state of Madrid, Ms Esperanza Aguirre.
