Lars Ericson has been appointed legal councel and head of Group Legal Affairs at Holmen AB. He will take up his position on 18 April 2005. He has also been appointed company secretary. He has been a corporate lawyer with Group Legal Affairs since 1988.
Holmen's present legal councel, Johan Flodström, has been employed within Group Legal Affairs for almost thirty years, and has been legal councel and company secretary since 1986. He will be retiring in November; in the interim he will finalise various items of business and remain at the disposal of the President.
