New head of Group Human Resources

Ingalill Landfors, Senior Vice President and head of Group Human Resources at
Holmen, will retire on February 28, 2001.

Thommy Haglund has been appointed new Senior Vice President and head of
Group Human Resources. Haglund is at present Human Resources manager with
ABB Contracting AB. He will take up his position in May.
