The best part has been the work environment, all the dedicated colleagues, inspiring supervisors, and a balance between responsibility and support. I felt both welcome and appreciated.
What expectations did you have, and was there anything that surprised you?
I knew I would learn a lot, but I was surprised by how many steps the process involves—from seedling to finished product. It gave me a completely new perspective on the industry and all the roles that contribute and are required for collaboration.
