The ordinary dividend for 2025 amounted to SEK 9.5 per share. For 2024 an ordinary dividend of SEK 9.0 per share and an extra dividend of SEK 3 per share were paid out.
Dividend will be based on the Group's profitability situation, future investment plans and financial position.
Over the past decade the total dividend has averaged 4 per cent of equity. This means that around 55 per cent of earnings per share have been paid by way of total dividend.
In addition to ordinary dividends, Holmen paid extra dividends for the financial years 1998, 2000, 2003, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

In 2018, the total number of shares doubled as a result of a stock split.
There has been no change in the development of share capital since 2004.
The 2026 Annual General Meeting authorised the Board of Directors to be able to take decision to acquire a maximum number of own class B shares such that the company's holding of own shares at any given time does not exceed 10 per cent of the company's shares.
The Board of Directors has resolved to exercise the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting to repurchase shares. The Board has resolved to repurchase up to 3 million class B shares during the period from 19 May 2026 up to the next Annual General Meeting, on one or more occasions.
