An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Apprentice within the IT Department which will consist of an 18-month apprenticeship – 4 days on site and 1 day studying at Carlisle College.
The Successful candidate will have:
- An understanding of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, LAN, internet connectivity.)
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and common IT systems.
To apply for this role, you should have:
- Maths & English Level 4 or an equivalent qualification.
- An IT-related qualification – BTEC, OCR or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to follow instructions and IT procedures accurately.
- A willingness to learn and develop technical skills through training.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a supervised team.
- Be reliable, punctual and have basic time/task management.
