Managing the forests and using the products they yield are important factors in efforts to tackle the problem of global warming. Our task is to make commercial use of our forest resources while not jeopardising other values – quite the contrary.
Our forest is a place where forestry, reindeer husbandry, hunting, mushroom picking and other outdoor activities get along. In addition, our forest has to provide adequate habitats for diverse flora and fauna. We make major allowances to cater for all these different interests.
