For the fourth time Holmen Paper performs our biannual customer survey. It enables us to verify whether or not we are on the right track and if not; what we need to change and / or improve.

Times continue to be challenging for the paper industry and companies throughout our value chain are looking for ways to optimise their business. Some choose to diversify into areas other than paper. At Holmen Paper, we are convinced that paper will continue to be an important part of the media mix also in the future.

 

In an increasingly tougher business climate, we believe that it is critical to have a close relationship with our customers and to carefully listen to what they have to say. A valuable tool in this respect is the customer survey that we conduct every 2nd year. One result of our previous customer surveys is our intensified focus on quality improvements. We also have a strong desire to develop new products and this has, amongst other things, resulted in our most recent product; Holmen VIEW which was launched last year.

 

The market place is undergoing a lot of changes but our passion for paper remains. That is what drives us to constantly develop and adapt our offering to the rapid changes taking place and above all to our customers’ needs.
