Every year sees an international induction programme for new employees. The aim of the programme is to improve knowledge of the Group and offer participants an opportunity to network. It is also important to create a Holmen spirit, where knowledge of the Group and networks across business area boundaries are important pieces of the jigsaw.
The programme involves four gatherings at different units within the Group. CEO Henrik Sjölund is a committed participant, along with representatives from the different business areas and administrative offices.
