Your future challenge The DACH team is part of our Customer Service and Supply Chain organisation. You help to increase Iggesund Paperboard’s overall customer satisfaction and company value. You are responsible for a team of eight people and report to the Customer Service Manager. The position is based in our Amsterdam office.

It is your task to:
• Manage the account coordinators in the team
• Ensure the team has an optimal working relationship with the customers
• Support external sales in their efforts and coordinate the interaction between external sales and the account coordinators in your team
• Manage the objectives and performance within the group
• Develop talent, give feedback, handle conflicts
• Keep an overview of stakeholder needs in complicated situations
• Follows up on problems/claims/invoices and opportunities within the team whilst balancing cost and customer interest
• Work with other internal stakeholders (i.e. Technical Service, Mills, Order to delivery, Logistics) to optimize customer satisfaction and company interests
• Participate in planned projects
• Support in the reduction of working capital (Customer call-off stock levels, and Credit Management )
To succeed in this role To be successful in this role you need to be able to  lead, build and inspire your team and help them provide the best possible service to our (internal) customers.

You are also good at dealing with several stakeholders at the same time in difficult and complex circumstances. This requires excellent communication skills, influencing ability and negotiation skills. You need a helicopter view, analytical abilities and structure.

You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. You also have a higher education or university degree (Bachelor or Master) or the equivalent in work experience. You have some years of previous management experience.
