We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Engineer to positively contribute to the operation and quality of our principle processes.
As Development Engineer you will be required to exercise your diagnostic and trouble shooting skills to develop technical improvements to help achieve and consistently sustain manufacturing targets.

The successful candidates will:

• Liaise with production area management to determine best approach to meet demands
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the paper industry and offer assistance in trouble-shooting or longer-term project work.
• Periodically review operating standards in order to drive improvements in quality, consistency, cost and run ability.
• Initiate and progress process improvements to meet defined Product Development needs.
