Holmen Paper follows all guidelines and recommendations from the local public health authority and the World Health Organization (WHO). Things are changing quickly, day by day, and we want to assure you that we do our utmost to minimize any effects of the disease.
Without question, we are all facing a challenging situation. With the world fighting the covid-19 virus, we all need to change perspectives and focus. Holmen Paper have personnel all over Europe, in our sales offices and at our mills. Naturally, their safety and well-being are of utmost importance.
As a company we are following the health authorities’ guidelines, ensuring the health and safety of our colleagues while doing our best to keep our production and our deliveries going.
We have since a couple of weeks established a team that is monitoring the situation continuously, on a day to day basis. Below you find information on how we handle the risk mitigation and a list of the measures taken so far to minimize the spread of and the consequences following the virus.

Within the Holmen group we have decided to follow the recommendations from the World Health Organisation and the public health services in the respective country where we operate regarding travel advice.

We are doing our utmost to ensure that our valued customers are delivered our products as per agreement. Our main mitigation efforts in terms of raw material supply has been concentrating on chemicals and spare parts.
