Your future challenge 

You will work as part of a dedicated team which has extensive experience and comprehensive skills focussing on development. The team is based in Iggesund, where our state-of-the-art laboratories and pilot facilities are also located, which are the corner stones for our work. We are proud of our already dynamic and highly skilled team who combined create a unique fusion of backgrounds, knowledge and nationalities. You will play a vital role in our product development and support Iggesund Paperboard’s production sites as well as market and sales functions to ensure both Invercote and Incada remain innovative and world leading brands.  

To succeed in this role

We are looking for two senior development engineers with experience within the pulp/paper/board production or development areas with an MSc or a PhD within your field of expertise.  

Furthermore you: 

  • Should have deep knowledge in the field of either coating or correlation between fibre and board properties
  • Have experience in a similar role 
  • Are used to handling and analysing large amounts of data
  • Have attention to detail and possess problem-solving skills
  • Are able to work independently using you own initiative to create ideas for development
  • Enjoy helping your colleagues and being part of a team 
  • Are a great communicatorand are able to speak and write Swedish and English fluently
  • Are flexible, receptive to change and open minded
