As a Customer Care Specialist you are part of the team based out of the London Office. The Customer Care team manage daily sales business in the UK, have daily contact with our customers and head office in Sweden, as well as our Holmen colleagues in Sales Offices across Europe. The Customer Care team in the UK consists of 5 persons and we are a vital link between the local Sales, Holmen head office and mills, where our planning and production is handled, and our customers.
Your future challenge

Customer lifetime management, delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction are natural parts of the day to day work for Customer Care. Your most important task is to maintain our Customers' experience of Holmen Paper and ensure we offer best in class reliable accurate and informed service.
As Customer Care you will be responsible for a customer portfolio and handle daily contacts with the customers and other partners, such as such as warehouses and transport companies. The target is satisfying customers’ needs while optimizing business for all parties. You will be responsible for the customers' complete supply chain and business monitoring: from forecast and order to delivery and invoicing. The work is done in close cooperation with colleagues in Sales and Marketing.

We expect you to be graduated with an exam within international trade/business administration or have equally relevant work experience. It is important to be communicative, committed and service oriented in the same time as you are self-starting and well-coordinated. You are comfortable in using different IT-tools and are familiar with ERP, CRM and BI systems as well as Excel. You are fluent in written and spoken English.

Your workplace will be based out of the central London Office (a home office solution is also possible depending on the evolution of the current pandemic). The employment is a full-time fixed-term position to replace a current team member for appx. 18 months. We want you to start as soon as possible during summer 2021.
