Our customer service teams handle nearly everything connected to your orders, from forecasting, order management to logistics, delivery and invoicing. Acting as liaison officers, they connect customers with our planning, production, and technical teams. They register and monitor orders, manage stock levels, and coordinate transport to ensure every delivery meets expectations.
